Viber notification sound too low

So I fuxed the general notification low volume by playing it and holding volume up but I can't fix viber, the **bleep** volume for incoming message is waaaaaay too low I can't ever hear it. I tried setting it to system ringtone and sound but it still is a lot quiter than it should be.

Any ideas what might be wrong or how to increase it?

Everything else is ok as far as I noticed, it's just viber.

In this case as this appears to be only affecting a third party application you would be best to contact the application developer regarding this sorry.
