Media Player no Sound using mkv

After latest mediaplayer update there is no Sound when watching a mkv File.
Please fix this issue!

I have same problem on my Z2 and Z2 tablett. 

I have sound with VLC or other player.

@Vinct - The mkv format can be a bit tricky, however pelase try downloading MX Player from the Playstore and tell me if you have the same problem.

When you use MX player you have to manually select the audio track and sometime you have to check "Use s/w audio decoder". 

The first image from this post on androidportal.com should help.

@dalars27 - You should only need to select the audio track if there is more than one audio file for the movie, for example different languages etc.

At end of the day..we should not have too download other players..sony should fix the problem on the native apps..and the system problems..asking ppl the download other apps is just avoiding the problems
