Very Poor Service Sony M Mobile and Service Engineers

Dear Sir,

We have bought two mobile  from Poorvika  Model Sony Xperia  C2004  & Sony M

 D2302 .

Job No : W115011004308 Dated : 10.01.2015

We have facing lots of problem on your products and your service peoples

When we have bought the Sony Xperia  C2004 first itself the mobile Display problem.
We given the Sony Xperia  C2004 mobile for service month of Sep-14
When we collect the mobile we seen  that the cover didn't locked properly , we asked about this your service team they told that while doing the service the mother board screw got damaged , so we will replace the Board when we will get the Mother board availability , so it will take 15 day's or more.

The Display also not original quality as earlier .

We collect the mobile from your service after 5 day's only , so they told you collect your mobile we will intimate you when we received the Mother board.

They didn't given any favorable reply , after our several followups.

Again we got the problem Mobile didn't charging properly and receiver also not working properly (lots of noise came when telephoning  )

We are the regular Sony fan's , but your poor service and poor quality product , we disappointed .

If we didn't get the our mobile proper service and on time on or before 14.01.2015 , we will initiate required legal action against you as per law
