Very low call volume

My phone was workign fine for 4 months and now all of a sudden the call volume is very low. Users on other end are complaining that they cant hear me. Is this a known issue?

Haven't heard about this before actually.

Is it the volume of your microphone, so the people you are talking to can't hear you well, or is it the volume in your earpiece, so that you are not hearing the person you're talking to well?

I can hear people fine, they cannot hear me at all. It is the volume of my microphone that is the issue. I have all volumes at the max.

Have you tried repairing the software? If not, you should give it a shot. Download and install PC Companion from the link below.

If a software repair doesn't solve the issue, you need to send in the phone to a service center for repair.

Tried the software repair but no change. This is aweful for such an expensive phone.

Ofcourse it's always sad when things break. It shouldn't be hard for the people at the service center to fix it so just send it in and you'll have it back soon.
