Your question is vague but I will try to answer as best as I can.

If you cannot download and install it, certain apps are incompatiable with ICS or the updated version of the Xperia Arc S.

If it Doesn't seem to function properly this may be because Sony released a very buggy ICS or it may be because the developers haven't properly supported ICS.

Hard to say what could be wrong but when an app stops working after update to ICS that is usually because the app is incompatible with ICS or that you need another version of the app. Try uninstalling the app and then download it again from Google Play. That should give you the version for ICS.

If that doesn't help and other GPS-apps like Google Maps works i recommend that you contact the developer of the app in this case.
