Variable Internal Memory Issue

i have a weird memory issue. when i goto apps in settings to view the free space. when i get into apps->all it show 64MB free. then as it starts to calculate the size of each app it slowly increses and reaches 126MB free space. and the funny part is when i try to install any new app with size greater than 20MB , i cannot install due to unsufficient memory space. I did not have this unsufficient memory issue when i had GB 2.3.4. i used to install apps till i had 10MB free space. it all started when i updated to ICS 403. now with ICS 404 it still continues...

Seems like a good app but ad supported. So it seems to create a cache of its own... sigh!

thank you Johan for that wonderful app. now it has recovered some much needed internal memory, around 30MB. now i have 85MB free internal memory. But when i try to install Chrome Beta browser, it gives the same insufficient memory error.

Then, Is there any other good app to improve the performance of my Ray?
