Actually I already read that before sending my message. I'm asking about the SFTP part in which you can link to an FTP server, I connected to my ftp server through other ftp client software, but I wanna connect through the remote share facility.

Hi,

I am not really sure if I understand what you mean. However, I can describe my setup: I have a router with usb HDDs attached and also a NAS with a couple of external drives connected. When I am in my WLAN, I can connect to them easily through the file manager (best is ES Explorer). You just need the IP address of the router and the NAS and you can connect to all drives as shares  (e.g. 192.168.1.0/share1).

Likewise, when you are on the road, you can connect to the shares by means of ES explorer via ftp, sftp or webdav. Of course, your router needs a fixed IP adress or at least a dynaical DNS service (I use no-ip.com) for this function.

Finally, you can connect to your cloud services (Box, Dropbox, Gdrive etc) also through ES. This way, I have every possible storage at one place and I can connect to it whereever I am.
