Trust me you wont need it. clearing recent apps from list is more than sufficient and enable stamina mode which will take care of the job for you

go to googleplay store and search for clean master it's a most used app and helpful it pops up now and then when it detects it's time to clean old app cache and stuff like that works great on my xperia z.
