Use Internet access of laptop for my phone

Is there a way to simple share Internet access wired thru PC with Xperia L? Preferably to use Wifi on PC and connect it to Xperia L...

You can use Connectify program but it will make your computer a hotspot. You won't be wired.

Is there a way to do Ad-Hoc without using other tools?

I went through numerous "How to"'s about Ad Hoc wifi but Xperia L seems to me not suporting it per Xperia L Supports WiFi AdHoc connection??

I am using Virtual Router to share PC-based internet connection, I am able to see its "WiFi" name and then the authetication process starts but Xperia L never can obtain IP address. 

Therefore I start looking in another way to share my PC internet conncetion to my Xperia L. If you have any advice how to do it I would very welcome it.

you should connect your phone with laptop using usb cable and then go to settings in your phone and turn on the USB tethering as well as your data network.

I am able to scan and recongized "Virtual router" on my Xperia L but it stays at IP otaining even if I use suggested solution...
