USB tether problem after ICS update

After updating my neo v phone to ICS,usb tethering is not working with any os. the phone is connected without any issue, but internet is not working on PC. I tried the wifi hotspot also, but that also doesn't work for me. does anybody have any solution on this.

You may have a WAP access point installed instead of the Internet APN. You can check this by going to:

Main menu > Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > You may need to check with your current network provider to confirm if what you have selected is WAP or Internet.
