USB cover of my Xperia Z1 is going out everytime

When I charge my phone, I have to remove the USB cover because if I don't, it can get out. And when I put it back in place, the notice "the phone can't get wet when the entries are open" still appers. So I'm afraid of getting my phone wet even if the entries are colsed. Is it a normal? What should I do?

So the lids covering the ports are falling off?

That notice is not related to the fact that the ports were used,it is just a reminder.But if you say they fall off,you have to stop by a sony service and have them replaced because this affects waterproof ability of the device.
