USB audio problem - djay2 with Pioneer Wego3

I just bought a DJ controller acting as a sound card presumibly compatible with Android phones from v5.0. It shall be connected through USB OTG and I presume it will get out the sound over the DAC. The controller works flawleslly from the control point of view, wheels, jogs, buttons... All is working. But when it comes to sound I just get scratches and annoying noises. The app seems to work perfectly with Nexus devices...any hint before I shift to an iPad? Thanks!!!

either or, you have to contact both hardware and software developers regarding compatibility, not Sony, if possible post links.

Well they do work well with other android 5.0 devices (at least Nexus devices they do) but not with Sony. If I'm buying something that is compatible with Android 5.0 devices and beyond but doesn't work with my Xperia Z2 tablet I thought it might be interesting to ask here for hints/clues... Maybe there's some DAC compatibility problem... I don't know!

*MIDI controller requires an Android device that supports USB Host Mode.
*Please prepare USB conversion cable separately.
*iPhone/iPad connecting cable (Lightening) included with DDJ-WeGO3 cannot be used as a USB conversion cable.
*You cannot use the USB conversion cable to charge the Android device.
