Urgent..Charging problem..

My phone has been doing well since past few weeks.
But during these few days, I found that there's a problem in charging the phone.
Yesterday b4 I slept, i charged my phone for few hours, but it seems to stop at 57% when it says it only requires about 1h50min to be fully charged.
This morning when I woke up, my phone is only 66%.
Oh gosh, is this due to software problem? What should I do? Crying_Face
I did't back up when I first buy the phone, is there anyway to solve this? Slightly_frowning_Face

Honestly, having 19+ hours use and over 50% battery left your battery life itself is fine. Regarding the incorrect battery indicator it may be worth running an update/repair:

1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

and install it on your PC.

2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.

Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.

3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

4. Phone Software Update.

5. Start.

6. Repair Phone

7. Continue

8. Accept data removal

9. Next

10. Wait for prepare

11. Select Phone

12. Follow the connection steps

I've had the same problem for a few months now until last week.

When the phone is charging and it on (screen is on or the clock is on) the phone will get very hot and not charge past 55%. Once you turn the phone off, it will charge (cool to the touch) to 100%

This is definitely a software issue that needs to be resolved. I like to have the clock on at night but can’t L
