Honestly, having 19+ hours use and over 50% battery left your battery life itself is fine. Regarding the incorrect battery indicator it may be worth running an update/repair:
1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.
Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.
3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
4. Phone Software Update.
5. Start.
6. Repair Phone
7. Continue
8. Accept data removal
9. Next
10. Wait for prepare
11. Select Phone
12. Follow the connection steps

I've had the same problem for a few months now until last week.
When the phone is charging and it on (screen is on or the clock is on) the phone will get very hot and not charge past 55%. Once you turn the phone off, it will charge (cool to the touch) to 100%
This is definitely a software issue that needs to be resolved. I like to have the clock on at night but can’t L

My problem had been solved..
I jus formatted my phone as I thought it was due to some software.
Now it is ok already :smileygrin:
oh really? can you charge and leave it on? How do you formatt the phone? Maybe that's what I need to do...

Press that "Factory Data Reset"...
All the software u downloaded, contact list, message, will be deleted
