Upgrading android

Each time When i restart my device it showing dialouge that "upgrading android" but nothing new !!

This shouldn't be happening - All i can suggest is a factory reset or a system repair which should fix this as it sounds like something hasn't quite been configured and is doing it every time is boots up

Also experiencing the " android is upgrading " problem,  please help us, just having an M4 Aqua Dual  E2312 for 2 weeks.Before having this              " android is upgrading " problem,  my device suffered from frequent restart because of SD card,  after removing the external storage, the problem stopped. Now suffering the. " android is upgrading ", I guessed that the root of this problem is the same.

Yep. Same problem here.
I've had this phone for less than 2 weeks and did a repair/reset yesterday after constantly restarting randomly and showing 'android is upgrading'. Since then I have had 8 system incidents including restarting and the phone turning itself off.
