Upgrade creating problem

Hi,

I have just buy a phone Xperia Pro MK16i and upgraded to ICS, but after upgrade to ICS, my physical keypad is not functioning properly. For ex- when i press  "a" it type "q" and when i press "z" it type "w' and vice versa.

This create lot of problem while typing. Can anyone please suggest how to resolve this.

Did you upgrade by flashing an .ftf file, or with PC Companion / Update Service?
