how I upgrade Android 2.3.2 Gingerbread to Android 3.2 Honeycomb ?
Sony PC Companion 2.1 not help me...

you can't honeycomb is for tablets, and it's obsolete now, since android IceCreamSandwich is for both tablets and phones.
you will get Android 4.0 late May/June
