when i try to update the latest firmware i start and prepare was good , then i should turn off the phone and disconnect the usb and push on the volume down key and hold but there is nothing happened so i want to know to do
thanks
I'm sorry but I'm a bit confused so I'm going to rewrite your situation in steps so we can better pinpoint the problem. (Please tell me if I get it wrong).
1. Want to update to latest firmware.
2. Everything went well when downloading the update. PC companion (assuming that you used it) told you that everything is ready and that you should proceed to the next step.
3. You turn off the phone.
4. Disconnect the micro-USB cable from the phone.
5. Pressing the volume key down.
6. Something should happen now to the phone, but nothing seems to be.
use SUS instead
install SUS > restart your PC > disable your antivirus and/or firewall > run SUS > turn off your phone > press and hold volume down THEN connect the USB cable while holding the volume key, do NOT release the volume key
