when i connect my xperia sl phone with pc companion to update operating system, it shuts off. i cannot update the operating system with PC companion. besides, my phone suddenly flickers. when i start playing games, it pauses too often!
Here are few thing you may try.
1. Uninstall PC Companion and install the latest version and try to update the phone.
2. Perform a factory reset on your phone and try to upgrade.
3. Try to upgrade using Sony Update Service software.
