No Sound

Hello,

for no reason, my phone is completely mute for calls and playing music with the internal speakers. The only way it works, is by using the earset.

I've alredy updated the phone software, but there is still no sound from it.

Can someone help me?

It is hardware issue. I also had this problem after 15 days of purchase. I solved by hitting the phone mildly few times. Of course over the Jelly cover.

I updated my software and still has d same problem: no sound.

Mate problem about can be your earset Jack entering. İ had some problem, when listen music On fizzy tried to remove My earset and all sounds Gone. NO calling Voice, no mic sounds, all speakers down.

For Solution,, connect ur earset and open a music, slowly try to remove earset Jack, if doesnt work when ur earset On ur Phone call someone maybe Wil freeze à bit but dont worry. Try Like this 3 times 4 times,

Possible Will be Fix, bi the way u can Use sounds buttons too when connect ur earset Jack. Ur problem Will Fix Believe me.

fixed the speaker problems by pressing hard on the back panel of the phone, in the area where the speaker's situated.
