Update to jellybean error

I was updating my phone to jellybean. It was okay when i downloaded the update and installing it. Until it shows a "!" sign in front of an arrow pointing to a phone. I can't turn on my phone, everytime i pressed the power button it's alwas showing the same sign. What does the sign mean and how to turn on my phone.

Please attempt to run a repair to reload the firmware as it appears there was an error applying the update:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable.
3.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
4.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
5.     Click repair phone.
6.     Follow the on-screen instructions.
