After updating to 4.3 I've encountered some issues with my phone...
First of: I made a backup of everything on the phone to my SD card prior to updating (also tried after updating), to make a clean install and then import my settings, but some of the settings are not being saved! All my bluetooth profiles for instance, all sound settings and (most easily seen) none of my homescreen icons/widgets settings...
I tried using your tool to make a backup to my pc aswell, but with no luck, the program just fails with backing up, but it works perfectly fine for flashing the phone...
But what really annoys me the most is that prior to the update I used my Klipsch s4a headset with my phone, although the mic is broken, the headphones works well... and anyway prior to the update the phone just gave me a notice that the mic was broken and then played music to the headphones..
After the update the phone no longer recognizes that i've plugged in the headphones at all... They work perfectly fine in another phone, and the original headset works like a charm aswell in my xperia V, so basicly the headset and the phone is working fine, just not together anymore... Is there anything i can do to get my headphones working again, or will there be an update soon where this issue is resolved?
