serious problem with tx after 4.3 update

serious problem with tx after 4.3 update, really disappointed

no sim recongition, tried someone else sim, same issue, 

can't use wifi either, does not turn on,

i have manual factory reset the phone and turned off the phone, still same problem

any one suggest any way of making my phone work again

re-install 4.3 with SUS or PCC

I have used sony pc software to reinstall 4.3, deleted everything on phone, but i happy my phone is working now,
