Update to 23.4.A.1.264 made phone restart itself repeatedly

So yesterday I updated the software on my Z3 compact as I got a prompt to do so. Since then my phone has been constantly crashing. There is no error message it just resets itself. Its happened 25/30 times.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Sorry to hear this.

Just to make sure, could you try starting your phone without any SIM or SD card inserted and see if these restarts still happens? If it does then I suggest that you do a software repair using PC Companion using a PC.
