I was to upgrade the phone through usb cable with pc companion, however, the program has stopped working and gave a message saying that an error had occurred. Asked to restart, I did, however the phone locked, not power, just appears on the screen the word sony. I already tried restarting, unloaded the battery, and nothing! What should I do? I need the phone to work urgently!!!
