[HELP] Touch Screen Problem Xperia SOLA

Dear expert service personnel,

I have problem with my Sony Xperia Sola, its almost 1 year now and recently my touch screen didn't work so well, right in the call area, so i have difficulties when i want to press back space or make a call.

I tried to test the touch screen with *#*#7378423#*#* and here's my result

there is a hole in the right-bottom area.

My question is there anything I can do to fix this..???

Am i must go to the Service Center in my area, while i assume it's gonna take pretty long for my phone to get fixed???

strange!!! how come all of sudden many people facing the same touchscreen problem!  and mainly those whoes warranty is either comg to end or already ended!
