I AM USING XPERIA M DUAL THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I CONNECT THE PHONE TO UPDATE SERVICE APP AND TRY TO INSTALL SOFTWARE THE SEMC FLASH DRIVER DOESN'T INSTALL AND PC GETS HUNGED.I TRIED UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING PCC SUS BUT OF NO USE.WHEN I CONNECT THE PHONE BY PRESSING VOLUME DOWN BUTTON THE DRIVER DOESN'T INSTALL AND FINNALY PC GETS HANGED.PLEASE TELL ME A SOLUTIN TO THIS PROBLEM

Hi, 

First of all I suggest that you try to connect the phone to another USB port on your PC. Also try with another USB cable if you have that possibility. 

If you still experience the same behavior I suggest that you try to update the phone using another PC.
