Update Service Problem X10?

I have updated my X10 a few months ago, now trying to see if any other updates are around, how should I proceed?

Win7 user, With or without the phone connected, it doesnt work! I have un-installed and re-installed latest updater, still doenst work either way!

Not a direct answer but I had problems with running update service on my netbook having done the R1..016 to R20..020 on it but wouldn't work for the R2..026.  I then tried with our PC and it went thru fine... so maybe try a different computer?

Try Using SE PC Companion to update.
