I have ver. 6.0.B.3.184. When i connect USB Sony PC Companion says a "new software..., ver 6.1.1.B.1.10". I go to step, when i connect phone turned off with volume low puched. I PC Companion says me "no update available". What is wrong?

Just use Sony Update Service for the update and you are good to go.

It (Sony Update Service) says there is no available updates! But on http://www.sonymobile.com/ru/software/phones/xperia-u/ they say it is.

If SUS is saying no updates then the software might not yet have been released for your phone.Its a global phenomenon and the update will come eventually.
