update problem

Hi everyone,

                 trying to update to ics, goes through usual preparing computer and phone screen fine,

Gets to the stage where im told to unplug and switch off and plug back in while holding volume down key but then nothing happens :-S

Any ideas folks? Please a quick reply if possible 😄 thanks

reinstall SUS > restart your PC > turn off your firewall and antivirus > run SUS and wait for your PC to download the drivers
