I've just tried to install the update. The PC companion recognizes the phone, downloads the update, turns the phone off and then halts. After a while the instructions are shown that I need to plugin the phone into the USB while turned off and with the volume down pressed. When I do that there is a short green-red flash of the LED and then nothing.
HELLO, i have the same problem now,i updated my phone, at first it runs smoothly, but when it almost done the phone does not connect. how did you fixed your problem, if its ok can you give it in details. thank you.
