Update, contacts gone

Hello, i’ve just updated my Z5C tot Android 6.0.1.

In the past an update never has gone wrong This time, 95% of my contacts are gone. It looks like the 5% contacts that are still in my phone contacts I’ve recently add.

Does someone know how to get the 95% contacts? I've tried to filter, import accounts etc. Nothing works...

@Grooveman1 Not sure why this happened but you can take a look here:

An update should not affect personal data.

I've managed it to get it back with a backup. Almost all contacts are back!! I'm only busy with the filters, but it works again!
