No Vibration

My Sony Xperia Z5 compact has a problem , it stops vibrating for a while, but afterwards the vibration is back, this happens to me very often , and its very annoying , because sometimes I am typing down and vibration goes away , I have done Diagnose and sometimes Vibration is not working , How can I fix this?

I'm almost certain that I've seen this post before, but this is a hardware issue, contact your Local support

Agree with above, needs to be repaired.
Also bear in mind the vibe motor is on the same circuit as all your buttons so it really needs sorting before they can be affected by whatever is wrong
