By the way, I would like to start from scratch configuring ICS, not restore anything. ¿can it be done?

Yes. After you update to ICS, perform a repair, it will wipe everything.

Now I just downloaded the update on the computer, it told me to turn off the phone and hold the back button. I did that and when it should've started updating, it said there's no software update available! WHAT THE???!!!!!!

argh, my download always breaks, tried PCC and always the same, S_UU gets download to 15MB and then breaks too. ARGHHH

Mine didn't have trouble downloading, it's just step 3 that it fails on, thinking there's no update right after I downloaded it

well, no matter how often i try, download always breaks at 15MB.

I got the same thing.  It will download then it would say no software updates available.  My Sony Xperia Pro is MK16a.  Maybe that could be an issue.
