hiii....evrytime i download application for my handphone, it cannot be opened...it will appeared " unfortunately supported had been stopped"...wht's the problem actually..??...and when i transfer file from PC to handphone it cannot be opened....

Are you downloading the apps from Google Play or from a 3rd party source?

Try settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.Also,remove your google account and add it again.

Try a factory data reset of your phone then try to again. (Make sure to backup your files)

Before resetting your phone you could try to clear data for Google Play Services under settings > apps > all > Google Play Service. Clear data and restart the phone. 

If the problem persists, you should go through with the factory reset or repair with SUS.
