Can someone tell me how to resolve this support ticket I generated 7 months ago?

I've called, emailed and chatted online. Someone always promises to get back to me in 24 hrs.
I work very closely with our USA support team.

I got a message reffering to RMA 61112286243 on 7/13/2012
It had the wrong address so I responded with the correct information.
No response to the address correction
