pc companion not working....

My laptop in connected to internet connection and m able to browse websites and download all stuff still sony pc companion is saying connect your computer to the internet and try again

Uninstall you previous PCC and downloa it http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

Now if you using Win7 then right click on .exe then choose "run as administrator" after installation connect your phone

i m using the same version of pcc dat u recommended...

Ok then follow next process that is, unistall and restrart you system and click on .exe to select "run as administrator" also should check firewall for its blocked or not...:smileywink:
