My phone was locked by my daughter this morning. She attempted the pattern one too many times. When I attempt to enter my security question it tells me that I am wrong. I have typed in 6 different versions. Also when prompted to enter my gmail account and password it tells me I am also wrong. Please help.
You have 2 options
1) keep trying
or
2) reset your phone, everything will be deleted.
Try to access your gmail on your computer, perhaps you forgot the password
I reset my gmail account on my tablet, but it does not the username or password. I attempted to take out all of the screws from my phone to take out the battery. But, nothing. How else can I reset the phone?
You have 3 options (I would go with SUS option 3)
1) use MyXperia

or
3) SUS
Went to option 3, it wants me to download, but it tells me that it is not available after I download.
opTion 2 wants to locate my phone, but it can't find it
Do you know if this is an issue/challenge that would be covered under my warranty? so frustrated
Your phone has to be off for SUS to work
hello, so I actually have an Sp. The phone is contected to my computer now. Do you know how long the process takes?
I don't understand, is it an Xperia SP or Z? either or it should work.
