Adding notes to a picture? Was is not a default function on Z1???

I just wanted to know if I was dreaming when I have read that in the Z1 it was possible to take pictures and add a note, sort of post-it or even just a tag/name/title to it.

For me it was one of the main reasons to buy this phone, and I just can't find out how to do it

This is an smartphone, take advantage of it, there are myriad apps on the play store that will do this and more

The album app has some functions

Open the picture > at the bottom you should see a pencil. but again there are myriad options such as

well, I am not contemplating suicide, the comment about "one of the main reason why I bought this phone" was just to say that I find it pretty strange that I m totally sure I have read about this feature and I just cannot find it.

In the album I also can't find any way to do that.

With pxlr I was able to add a text on the photo but not to give it a title to search it later, or to associate a note to it.

But coming back to the "I was sure" thing: is or is not the Z1 supposed to do that natively? Did I just dream about this feature or it was pubblicized?
