I need someone out there to help me solve this problem i am having. i have an Xperia arc with build number 4.0.2.A.0.62, i followed the instructions on the developer world on this website. everthing went as stated in the instructions but when i put in the command to unlock my phone in the command prompt is gave me this message:
unlock phone requested
FAILED < oem="" unlock="" failed="">
finished. total time: 0.016s
can anyone help me out here. i will appreciate the help.
