unlocking boot loader weirdness

now i wanna unlock my dear xpirea l , i chek the service *#*#service#*#* and the rooting status is null (i find no yes or no) and the sim lock all zeros  , i follow istruction fo the sony site , and alawys end with boot forever , and manually flash firmware so pls wt to do to unlocked it

i follow the UNLOCK BOOTLOADER's  instruction on sony wibsite  and end up with BOOTING FOREVER situation,
any suggestion.

Try power and volume up for a round 10 to 15 seconds then try starting your device - If that fails then you will either need to use Emma by Sony or manually flash your phone using a .ftf firmware file using flashtools
