no gps fix,

Hello together,

i can´t get a gps fix on my z1 compact since beginning.

Also the internal system test didn´t find a satelite after 30 min in free air.

As well the app GPS fix didn´t find anything, also after deleting and redownloading the datas.

All apps regarding to gps didn´t work proper, as navigon, google maps usw,

Please help.

Sorry to hear about this issue, I would first suggest trying a software repair to try resolve this issue. Please use the instructions below.

Note: make sure to back up the handset using PC Companion.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps 

If this does not help, then you will need to get the handset back to the place of purchase for assessment.

I tried the phone update! Unfortunatelly it worked once and found 1 of 20 satelites very short and after this there was nothing...

Moreover my problem is that the phone was a present without bill, is there a possibility for garanty by the phone IMEI
