Hi guys and girls

my x10 went onto a black screen and the unluck button does not work.   the phone is on and fully charged but cant do anything!!!    any help is appricated

Another faulty display or hardware.

Bring it into SE service centre to get it fix or replaced entirely.

precisely. all the more you need to get it into the centre, to get it fix fast. If they cannot fix it, they'll replace a new one for you.

Try updating the phone using Sony Ericson Update Service.

...... this things do happen. I've seen others complain about other large screen phones. So I'm not at all surprise, nor warrant any disbelief.

The web can be a better place if everyone is help and polite.
