Please please please can someone help me????

I'm trying to sync my phone like it tells you to on the web page but it hasn't got sony ericssion sync on it when i go in to organiser i can only find it when i'm in connectivity i'm kina new to phones like this i'v up dated the software on it and aves/e pc software on my pc it syncs with that but i just cant synic it the other way so as to synic with facebook can anyone help???

please make it as simple as poss

someone must know how to sync my vivaz as its not got the function sync sony ericsson in my organiser???

Hi,

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to do so I'll hazard a guess. Sony ericsson sync is used to sync the vivaz SE servers over the internet so that you have a backup and access to them online. When you say you can find it in connectivity do you mean in the settings as I that is different. Try looking around the other folders in your phone as it may have been moved around by the network if not then they may have removed it for some reason. I'm not sure about syncing to facebook this article talks about way's it could be done though.

It is possible that your service provider requested Sony Ericsson Sync not be included in the Vivaz™.  You can sync without the application, though.

To transfer your contacts with Sony Ericsson Sync and set up a new account:
1. On the computer: Go to www.sonyericsson.com/user and click Sign up.
2. Select your phone model and enter email and password details.
3. Click Sign up.
4. Under Get started with sync, click Set up sync > Start.
5. Confirm your phone model and click Next.
6. Enter your country and phone number and click Next.
7. A PIN code is shown and a configuration SMS is sent to your phone.
8. On your phone: Select Yes to install settings and enter the PIN code.
9. Follow the instructions on the computer on how to synchronise on your phone.
