I bought a Xperia Z1 without branding or SIM lock. Until now I have all my Sony devices geunlockt and wants to make in my Z1 also. Since, however, is that it is not allowed. Now I ask you, how do I get it to Yes, and I will not be fobbed off with: "Can not do it stays that way." I know that Sony can, and I am paying by m ir ready from a price, as long as it is not too high. On XDA I've had enough instructions found where Sony does this, but ask you how to do that here in Germany.

You can't - This is either done by the network or is a country restriction - If your phone is unlocked then was it locked before or is it from another country that has been flashed via flashtools - If XDA is saying that it can be unlocked or changed then follow their instructions
