How can I uninstall Sony-Apps, e.g. Xperia Lounge, wich I never ever use? Why am I forced to use them by Sony?

Safe way Disable it via apps setting.
Unsafe way root your device and uninstall it.remember it's UNSAFE to delete system.

If it's a system app then you need Root access or use a program called Debloater to freeze them which won't delete but will render them invisible from the apps draw
