Android had forced me to download the updates and I am having this prompt on my screen "UNFORTUNATELY, THE PROCESS COM.ANDROID.PHONE HAS STOPPED" how can I resolve? please help.

hey, i have encountered the same problem yesterday and i have resolved it. The best thing to do is first you must create a back-up of all your files in your email account or google drive and after creating the said back up, settings>backup and reset> then  click in the restore factory settings it will reset all the data from your phone that's why i let you create a back-up file and it will already run smoothly with an android marshmallow update, the prompt will disappear permanently.

Yes this happens with me also after marshmallow update. I try to do lots of thing but in the end i have to format my device

from the beginning I was hesitant to upgrade software Xperia M Dual. but in my cell phone is always displayed notifications upgrade.
after I install / upgrade, it can not be used
