Unfortunately Setting Has Stopped

When I tried to check my App from setting>App, I received error message "unfortunately setting has stopped"
Current Android release 17.1.2.a.0.314
So Any solution for this problem.

Yes same problem occurs in safe mode.

Please can you explain more how to perform software repair, does it means restore factory settings?
I open above link and it open pc champion which already installed in my lap top and when I connect mobile to laptop it mentions that mobile on latest sw

once you connect to latop c companion, backup data and perform a repair by clicking on the device symbol top left of pc companion where it states yor current firmware version.pls be aware repairing device will wipe all data on device so pls perform a data backup either on your micro sd card on device or via pc companion backup and restore application

I did SW repair but same problem still exist so please can you advise for another solution

Have you restored all your stuff after the repair?

I took backup using pic champion and after repair I restore it again using pc champion.
