Unfortunately camera has stopped

Hi,

I'm using xperia mini pro, and from the past week when i tried to open camera app it displays error as "unfortunately, camera has stopped".

I have Tried "Reset phone"

"Reset to factory setting"

"Repaired software twice"

but nothing works, please help me to resolve problem.

Repair your phone with PCC and check again

You can also boot on safe mode and check again

Thanks for the reply,

Tried in safe mode.., and also by clearing cache for camera app, but it doesn't work. May be its an hardware prob. as they say when i googled.
