Unexpected Shut down - Urgent

Hi I'm faicng this problem oftenly..

I bought sola 2 weeks ago,

I hope, I had 50%+ battery in mobile.. But suddenly it was shut-down without any notification.

I put it in charge, but even charging signal "red" is not turned yet..almost 3 hours in charge..

Since its a in-built battery, I was not able to remove and insert battery like other phones?

Please help me..

The red light should be on when charging, that's not good.

Try to force a restart (menu + volume down until the phone vibrate 3 times if a remember right) Read the manual for that if needed.
